If you are thinking about making an appeal to your university or college then the Students' Entourage can help. Academic issues that we can assist with include:

You can access the Students' Entourage area by creating an Inscriptic Solidarity Suite account. Once you're up and running, you'll be able to submit your appeal or complaint to us. We'll then review it and send you suggestions for improvements as well as helping to rewrite the material if necessary. What is the Students' Entourage?

The Students' Entourage exists to help and assist students with academic issues. The team gives students support and representation in times of difficulty.
- Why is it called the Students' Entourage?
The main focus of Students' Entourage is to help students perform at their best. This performance system only works when all the roles that impact a student's career and well-being work in harmony. By acting as an independent support team for students, the Students' Entourage protects the rights of individuals in higher education. It is the only service of its kind in the world.
How Students' Entourage Works
- What happens if my complaint or appeal is unsuccessful?
The Students' Entourage can't guarantee the outcome of your academic appeal or complaint. If your case is unsuccessful, we will still try to help you find an alternative form of redress.
- Are there any restrictions on the amount of appeals or complaints I can send?
No. Cases are treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- How much does the Students' Entourage service cost?
Nothing, it's free.
- How can I send my appeal or complaint to you?
Sign-in to your Solidarity Suite account and then go to the Students' Entourage section. You can send your appeal or complaint to us from there.
- How quickly will you respond?
We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible so you don't miss your deadlines. Please bear in mind that cases are placed in a queue on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.
Privacy and Confidentially
- Is the information shared with the Students' Entourage kept confidential?
Yes. We take privacy and confidentially very seriously and treat communications between the Students' Entourage and a client as privileged. This means that you can make full and frank disclosures to the team which will never be shared with anyone else.
